One Voice - from the M6 J34
(the best route from North or South)

When you come off M6, take A683 Lancaster.
Drive on toward Lancaster until you see a large building in front of you at traffic lights - keep left as you will be bearing off left before the lights, up a slope - this is Bulk Road.

Follow the road until it bears right
but before it does, turn left along the side of a wall the road name sign on the wall shows St Leonard Gate.

About 500 yards on there is a car park on the left, just before the Grand Theatre, so park up,

St Leonard's House entrance is opposite the theatre.

From the South it is more complicated.

As you enter Lancaster, there is a large roundabout. Take the second exit to the town centre. As you enter the town you pass the hospital on the left - the road divides into two lanes.
Get into the right hand lane and follow the road till it takes a right hand bend down a steep hill - at the bottom stay in the second lane as you pass the bus station where the road splits into 3 lanes.

At the traffic lights, take the third lane and pass the fire station. You will come to a T junction - turn right. On turning right, take the left hand lane. You will go round a sharp left hand bend - a few yards on, turn left - you are in St Leonard's Gate.

A few yards on the right you will see the Grand Theatre. There is a car park immediately after it, turn in and park up. St. Leonard's House entrance is opposite the
Grand Theatre.
