It was our first anniversary!

On Friday 18^th July, the Cornerstone celebrated the first anniversary of the formation of the partnership between Thumbprint, One Voice, Lonsdale District Carers and the Methodist Church.

The doors opened at 11.30am and during the celebration over 80 people attended and enjoyed a tasty buffet, the fabulous Cornerstone Quiz, perused the stalls which gave lots of interesting information, and exhibits from Lancaster Craftworks and many more.

The Cornerstone Partnership began in July 2007 and includes the following agencies:

One Voice: An information and support service for people with physical and sensory disabilities. 

Thumbprint: Supporting people with learning diabilities to set up and manage project that they control. 

Lonsdale Carers: Supporting carers within the Lancaster district. 

The Lancaster Methodist Church: A community organisation which provides opportunities for Methodist worship, reflection and involvement in group events.
