One Voice Access Whether you have mobility difficulties, are elderly, a parent with a push chair or find it difficult to access the local environment, One Voice will provide information, support and training to promote positive access. We will also be organising a series of events to highlight poor access and promote good access. We also hold annual Access Awards to promote good access to services. Our new updated 2008 'One Voice Access Guide' provides information for visitors and local residents on accessibility, facilities and services in the area for disabled people.
